
Foundation of NACE Administrative Assistant

This administrator serves as the primary support for the Foundation of NACE day-to-day operations. The administrator will collaborate with the Foundation board, staff and volunteers to effectively manage the Foundation and achieve its initiatives.

Basic qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution or equivalent experience 3 years of relevant professional experience
Preferred qualifications Strong work ethic with commitment to a team environment Ability to read and understand financial reports, advanced MS Excel experience a plus Ability to learn and manage multiple computer software packages quickly Exemplary customer service skills and outgoing personality to provide service for a creative, passionate membership base Professional written and verbal communications skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Possess a proactive approach to process improvement and have the ability to learn on the fly and the flexibility to manage multiple projects at the same time 10% travel may be required |
