The Association for Talent Development (ATD), formerly ASTD, is the world’s largest association dedicated to those who develop talent in organizations. ATD’s members come from more than 120 countries and work in public and private organizations in every industry sector. We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our Credentialing group.
Manage and oversee project revenue, budget, project plan, and vendor contracts.
Provide technical oversight for competency modeling/validation studies.
Oversee the selection of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Partner with department staff to develop test preparation program content.
Oversee customer support tasks and activities.
Required skills and experience:
Three or more years of experience in at least one of the following: assessments, managing certification, talent development, or learning programs.
CPLP certification preferred
Experience working in associations and with volunteers is a plus.
Background in building certification programs and/or developing exam preparation materials is a plus.
