Willamette Management Associates seeks a senior executive to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Atlanta office. This person will have primary responsibility for both office practice management and office business development. This is a significant career opportunity for a valuation, damages, or transfer pricing professional who is ready to assume the #1 chair.
We specialize in business valuation, economic damages, and transfer pricing services. We perform these services for numerous purposes, including: transaction pricing and structuring, taxation planning and compliance, litigation support and dispute resolution, intercompany transfer price compliance and controversy, bankruptcy and reorganization, financial accounting, and ESOP/ERISA compliance.
The successful candidate will be motivated, creative, and outgoing; will possess strong leadership and project management skills; and will be accomplished at business development activities. Also, the successful candidate will have demonstrated thought leadership in one or more of our professional services.
This person will have “first chair” responsibility for managing the engagement work flow of the office and for ensuring that the client deliverables meet our quality standards. This responsibility includes reviewing both the valuation and other analyses prepared by the staff and the valuation reports and other opinions issued by the office. This person will also be responsible for leading the development and implementation of client sales initiatives and networking with prospects in an effort to cultivate revenue-producing relationships.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Practice development, including aggressively expanding our valuation, damages, and transfer pricing practice revenue and client base
- Provide technical subject matter expertise to clients; oversee engagements ensuring that all client needs are met
- Lead business development initiatives; unlike accounting or other professional services firms, we rarely encounter conflicts of interest
- Provide technical guidance to staff on appropriate valuation, damages, and transfer pricing methodology
- Demonstrate thought leadership with regard to valuation, damages, and transfer pricing services
