Oklahoma City University is accepting applications for a full-time Head Women's Volleyball Coach. The successful candidate will have previous successful collegiate coaching experience and will be responsible for administering all aspects of a successful NAIA volleyball program. Duties include compliance with NAIA, Sooner Athletic Conference, and Oklahoma City University eligibility guidelines, recruiting qualified student-athletes, budget management, demonstrated success in fundraising, scheduling, organizing practice and competitions, and maintaining volleyball facilities and equipment.

Succesful candidates will have 3-5 years collegiate coaching experience and demonstrated success in recruiting, retaining, and graduating student-athletes. Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree preferred.
