Manages all operational areas of the Student Ticket Office (STO), and assists with the day to day duties of the main ticket office when STO is closed. This posting closes on January 18, 2017. Bachelor’s degree and two years of progressively responsible administrative experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience can be accepted in lieu of the degree requirement. One year of ticketing experience and one year of supervisory experience is required. Knowledge of Ticketmaster, Archtics or other ticketing systems, cash handling experience and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) are also required. Previous experience in an intercollegiate or professional athletics environment is preferred. Effective communications skills, customer service skills and excellent computer skills are also essential. Requires an organized individual with the ability to multi-task effectively. Must be an independent thinker, self-motivated, and detail oriented. Availability to work a non-standard work week which may include nights, weekends and holidays is mandatory.
