ACA has an immediate opening for a full-time Member Services Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator will answer all incoming calls for the organization, will handle inquiries related to membership and will respond in a timely and professional manner. The coordinator will also provide administrative and technical support for the Marketing & Member Services department as well as the overall ACA office. Key duties include data entry, member record updates and other word processing, scheduling, mail processing and related tasks as required.
BA/BS degree preferred; minimum 1 year relevant work experience, preferably in an association; strong written, organization and communication skills. Must be able to meet deadlines.
