The Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) supports a membership base of more than 15,000 infection prevention professionals. Many of our members provide leadership on committees that help guide the direction of our programs as we work to the Strategic Plan following our vision - Healthcare Without Infection. We are passionate about our organization's vision and we work hard to ensure our members get what they need when they need it and more.
This position's focus is primarily on accurate and timely processing of batches and secondarily (but not less important) on providing customer support with a focus on building exceptional and enduring service.

This position requires:
- Exceptional skills in iMIS (iMIS 20 experience is preferred)
- Fluency in the use and understanding of Microsoft Office suite
- Strong customer service experience (at least two years, preferably in an individual membership association)
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to problem solve, and ability to work with confidential data.
