Polished written and verbal communications skills
Excellent project management and organizational skills, and the ability to meet or beat deadlines with minimal supervision
Experience supporting and guiding members based on strategies
The ability to effectively prioritize competing projects
The ability to clearly communicate with other Verto teams on project status, information needs, and timelines for deliverables
A positive, diplomatic, energetic attitude, combined with a demonstrated ability to work smoothly as part of a team
Eagerness to quickly learn new skills
A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required, preferably in communications, marketing or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, et al), Adobe, project management software.
Coursework with the American Society of Association Executives preferred
Trade association or non-profit experience preferred.
