Illinois State University invites applications for the position of Soccer Graduate Assistant. This Pre-Professional (.67 FTE), 12-month position includes a tuition waiver and a stipend of $1,200 per month. The successful applicant must meet the admission requirements for Illinois State's Graduate School and be prepared to begin working no later than August 2017. Responsibilities include, but are not confined to: plan, organize, and arrange aspects of team travel including but not limited to: team meals for home and away contests and team lodging arrangements; oversee team fundraising efforts; track, compile and disseminate scrimmage and game statistics; and other duties as assigned by the head coach.
Qualifications: Required qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 120 undergraduate hours if in an integrated degree program; Graduate Student at Illinois State University, majoring in Sports Management or Recreation Administration; Eligible for appointment as per the IL State Univ. GA Handbook.
