ISG Solutions is hiring a consultant to implement and support the iMIS 20 RiSE Engagement Management System in our Rockville, MD office.
Reporting to the Vice President, your primary focus will be to work as a part of our help desk team where you’ll provide technical support for iMIS customers via our ticketing system, email and telephone.
Knowledge of how associations operate and strong problem solving skills will be required to implement creative work arounds to iMIS problems that satisfy needs of the client. Skills needed to be successful include:
Writing IQAs, Crystal reports, SSRS reports,
Diagnosing problems in various modules such as the AR/Cash module,
SQL Query skills.
Much of your work is done in iMIS20 so experience using RiSE and the new tools like APA for alerts and automated tasks and the email communications tool will be a plus.
You will be required to achieve your Certified iMIS Professional (CiP) designation from ASI.
Additional responsibilities may include working with our project managers on a an iMIS upgrade or full implementation project where you would be doing much of the same work you do on the help desk, including training at the client site.
You’ll be a self-starter working closely with the iMIS consulting team, learning through being mentored and attending ASI classes as well as self study.
Required Skills & Experience
2 years recent iMIS experience. Other AMS experience may be considered.
3 years recent experience working with or working in associations.
Microsoft SQL Query experience.
Report writing experience.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced environment.
Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
