| Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Director of Ticket and Event Operations, the Coordinator of Facilities & Game Operations is the primary contact for all game operations and event management for the athletic department. This position will assist with ticket operations and serve as the liaison for game operations for all home athletic contests on campus as well as men’s basketball at Panther Arena. This position is also primarily responsible for the management of all Panther men & women’s soccer games at Engelmann Stadium. In addition, this position is secondarily responsible for facilities management within the athletic department to include; facilities scheduling, coordinating laundry services, managing athletic department storage areas, and acting as a liaison with University Recreation. |
The incumbent shall know, recognize and comply with the laws, policies, rules and regulations governing University and its employees, and the rules of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (“NCAA”) and the applicable Conference, as now constituted or as they may be amended during the Term of this agreement. Employee shall take all reasonable steps to endeavor to ensure that all other employees for whom Employee is administratively responsible, comply with aforesaid policies, rules, and regulations.
