Bachelor’s degree required. Ability to adhere to NCAA and Big 12 rules. Must have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, strong leadership capabilities and the ability to set appropriate professional boundaries with student-athletes.
Preferred: A desire to obtain full-time employment in the Athletic Academic Services profession.
Other Requirements: Applicants selected for the position must apply for and be accepted into the K-State Graduate School. Graduate Assistants must be enrolled in a minimum of six graduate school hours in the fall and spring semesters. Tuition is not covered by the annual stipend; however, out-of-state applicants are eligible to receive in-state tuition rates.
