ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Coordinates daily administration of the football program in conjunction with the head coach. Assists with ensuring the football program’s compliance with NCAA rules and regulations. Serves as team travel coordinator including arrangement of transportation, lodging and meals, coordination of trip itinerary, and arrangement of practice times at host institution facility. Travels with team to ensure all team needs are met. Coordinates video acquisition and exchange for non-conference opponents. Assists Athletics Equipment Coordinator in maintaining sizes of student-athletes and ordering necessary apparel, equipment, etc. Arranges pre- and post-game meals for home games. Assists in oversight of student managers. Assists with the organization and execution of football program events and fundraising activities. Performs other duties as assigned.
SALARY AND BENEFITS: Commensurate with education and experience; Administrative Pay Grade AD41. Benefits include the accumulation of two vacation days per month, one sick leave day per month, and thirteen (13) University holidays. Other benefits include medical and life insurance (shared cost with the University), retirement, optional 401k, and educational benefits.
