Bachelor’s degree in business/management, marketing, communications, or related field.
Three to five years’ experience in non-profit gift planning, non-profit fundraising, financial planning, or corporate sponsorship.
Strong, demonstrated experience in fundraising.
Excellent presentation, writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel extensively across the State of Wyoming and occasionally nationally.
Able to work extended evening and/or weekend hours, as required.
Strong understanding of computer technology to efficiently accomplish work, using Microsoft Office programs, email, internet, and database management software.

Knowledge of and interest in public television programming and services.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects.
Skills in budget preparation and fiscal management.
Must be a self-starter, focused and driven to produce results.
Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail.
Grant-writing skills highly desirable.
Experience with volunteers and Boards.
Ability to set goals and perform evaluations of self and other staff.
Licensure as a certified financial planner or other professional fundraising certification also desirable.
