The Team Administrator-Ticket Sales & Operations is responsible for the day-to-day external engagement and ticket sales operations for the department of athletics, including, but not limited to: comprehensive marketing and sales initiatives, oversight of Lion Sales and Services, and box office management.
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of two (2) years of related experience with athletics marketing, game operations and event management. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Must be self-motivated and team-oriented. Excellent interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Individuals must have good verbal and written communication skills.
