As a Manager, our Principal group will provide you with unique insights into how to build a successful practice and execute audit engagements for our diverse clients. This opportunity will enable you to actively participate in the growth of our Audit Department, and to expand business by establishing new client relationships and building client trust. You will be influencing strategic organizational development through review and assessment of systems and processes, identifying refinements to establish best practices, and participation in the development of future leaders. Your leadership skills will assist us in promoting a success oriented environment that creates a high level of employee morale, encouraging personal growth, teamwork, and accountability.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, CPA license
Public accounting experience, including strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting standards
Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in commercial business or working with commercial clients
Proven experience as a manager, providing oversight and training to multiple teams and engagements with limited direction
Strong project management, communication, and problem solving skills
