| The College of William and Mary (NCAA Division I) is seeking a motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills who will contribute to a positive team environment and meets the following qualifications: Previous playing and/or coaching experience of the sport at the collegiate/international level preferred. Primary Duties: Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of building and maintaining a nationally competitive Division I field hockey program that values competitive excellence, intellectual growth, social responsibility and leadership amongst our student-athletes.
Other duties include (but are not limited to) identification and recruitment of qualified PSA’s, game day management and preparation, daily practice preparation and implementation, skill and tactical development of individuals and team, supervision of student-athletes, coordination with strength/conditioning program, team travel arrangements and other administrative tasks.
