| Gain Your Masters Degree in 1 Year While Playing Lacrosse in The UK |
Lacrosse The Pond are a UK organisation specialising in placing US/Canadian postgraduate students into UK universities to undertake a Masters Degree whilst continuing to play competitive lacrosse.
With an internationally-recognised Masters Degree (MA, MSc, MPhil, MEng, MRes) from a renowned UK university taking just one year (full-time) to complete, our students enjoy the competitive advantage of joining the workforce a year sooner than their home-based counterparts, all the while continuing to play lacrosse at both collegiate and club level in a new international setting.
With a partner network of dozens of universities from all corners of The UK, Lacrosse The Pond can source a range of university options tailored to suit your educational background and course subject requirements.
Applications for our 2017/18 programme, starting in September, are now open to all bachelors degree graduates or college seniors graduating in Spring 2017.
In addition to managing your application process, Lacrosse The Pond will source accommodation, provide cell phones & internet connectivity and manage your utilities bills and university fees to make the transition to and life in the UK as seamless and simple as possible. We also help to place students with lacrosse clubs to suit their commitment levels as well as undertaking tours to several European tournaments each year for both men and women’s teams.
The costs to undertake the programme and gain your masters degree varies depending on the chosen school and individual course, but range from $20,000 - $35,000 to include all accommodation fees and associated costs and applicants can access Federal Aid via FAFSA & the US loans system if required. Academic and Athletic scholarships are also available to a limited number of applicants and Masters students are also eligible to work < 20 hours per week paid employment to subsidise the costs where required.
