Develop and help implement strategies for membership recruitment and retention, including recommending and developing new member programs and services
Develop and help implement strategies for membership engagement
Ensure staff team provides excellent member service through telephone and email communications
Oversee accuracy of member databases, including additions, deletions, and changes to database records
Oversee the monthly billing and engagement process related to membership renewals
Work with marketing team to create and implement member recruitment, new member orientation, and retention tactics
Administer and disseminate routine and on demand multiple membership reports for staff, chapters, vendors and the Board
Serve as staff lead and provide support to committees and task forces as they relate to membership, including scheduling and organization of committee virtual discussions and/or conference calls (and occasionally face to face meetings) in coordination with the committee or task force chairs.
Provide membership coordinator overflow support to assist members with billing questions, login help, and general requests
Manage all budgets and vendor relationships as they relate to membership
Identify unit specific activities and engagement opportunities
Assist with conference related projects as needed
Supervise Membership Coordinator
Responsible for reporting and tracking to an overall membership budget of approximately $1,000,000
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent strongly preferred
High-level customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills
Minimum of five to eight years of related experience, preferably in a member- or client-services environment
Strong computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products; database (ClearVantage) experience required
Ability to both lead and follow through on projects and tasks
Ability to learn quickly, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and independently
Effective oral and written communication skills; presentation experience preferred
Complete MCI USA timesheets

Serve on appropriate MCI USA Matrix Management Teams; and
