Seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will be part of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) call center operations team and help consumers who are calling to check on the legitimacy of a business. The CSR will assist callers during public call hours by providing BBB reports, ratings, general information, referrals to appropriate agencies, etc. The CSR will also perform data quality tasks such as updating information in the database. The representative will also provide general administrative duties, support functions, front-desk coverage, and other responsibilities as assigned.
