Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field. Four years of related administrative and technical experience. Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
Master’s degree with four years fulltime experience in a collegiate or professional marketing organization. Experience with marketing automation platforms, digital marketing and social media analytics. Familiarity with video board use/creativity, proven track record of growing attendance and increasing fan engagement, experience with Adobe Creative Suites or other graphic design programs, knowledge of working relationships with a media rights company.
