| GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: |
Uphold program initiatives centered around prospective student-athlete development in all aspects pertaining to the college recruiting process. Create and develop new customer relationships in efforts to help individual/team recruiting process navigation.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Maintain highest standards in regards to upholding the mission of ASBA and the Futures Program including, but not limited to...
o Manage a minimum portfolio of multiple teams in year one with the opportunity to grow customer base. Minimum portfolio numbers will be reevaluated after six months based on performance.
o Run a product specific # face-to- face meetings with families during the year, and a minimum # of remote check ins on the phone, skype, etc.
o Work closely with Program Supervisor regarding team communication, practice plan construction, tournament plans, coach/employee training sessions, recruiting rules, individual goal setting, etc.
o Present group seminars and QA sessions, at least quarterly, regarding the recruiting process in person, on periscope, and/or webinars
o Present advising product to families in attendance at local special events to increase contacts and potential customers
o Coach a summer and fall Futures team
o Make minimum # of calls as designated by Program Supervisor to current & potential clients, high school coaches, travel coaches and other organizations that would benefit from advising/consulting/video services
o Participate in fall & summer tryout process as well as fall & summer coach selection/evaluation process
o Participate and help organize, staff, implement Futures specific programs
o Nights and weekend availability important
