QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have a four-year degree from an accredited university, six years of fundraising experience which includes at least four years of development/major gift experience. Candidates must also have superb communications, writing, and presentation skills; ability to persuasively convey the mission of DU; proven success in building and maintaining long-term relationships with fundraising constituents and in soliciting and securing major gifts; and knowledge of current and evolving trends in major gift solicitation.

Candidates must be willing to work hours that extend outside of the typical workday and workweek throughout the year; significant overnight travel is required.
The successful candidate will be expected to reside near and work from the Ducks Unlimited Great Plains Regional office located in Bismarck, ND.
