1.) Academic Enhancement Program ) -Oversee day, night, and summer study hall hours Sunday through Friday -Responsible for range of student-athletes from various teams: academic meetings, progress reports, assist in signing up for tutoring, discussions about academic performance or behavioral issues, etc. -Assist in creation of the At-Risk Assessment -Coordinate student staff training and management -Create AEP schedules for individual student-athletes -Maintain AEP forms (intervention spreadsheet, time sheets, check in forms, computer logs, etc.) -Maintain Academic Support Calendar and send to proper channels each month -Collaborate with Writing and Learning Commons staff to develop professional relationship -Communicate with coaches frequently in reference to the academic performance of their student-athletes, behavioral or academic issues, etc. -Assist with academic support of at-risk student-athletes -Assist with academic summary reports at the conclusion of each semester -Daily operations of Academic Enhancement Program including maintenance of computer lab and study rooms, monitoring study hall sessions, assigning penalty points 2.) Life Skills Program -Responsible for creating, planning, and presenting workshops during each semester -Communicate with Writing and Learning Commons, Career Services, Disability Services, and other on-campus offices in order to facilitate guest speakers, joint workshops, etc. 3.) Other Responsibilities -Issue supplemental text and equipment such as laptops, calculators, etc. -Meet with prospective student-athletes during recruiting visits -Assist with athletic luncheons, banquets, weekend conferences -Assist with student-athlete surveys -Assist with design and ordering of academic planners -Assist with other athletic department functions as needed.

-Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends -Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Preferred Qualifications: -Master’s degree from an accredited institution. -Previous experience working with students and/or student-athletes in an academic environment
