Tulane Women’s Basketball is seeking candidates for a graduate assistant position. The position is designed for two years of study beginning Fall of 2017. Tulane graduate assistant positions are subject to maintain a 3.0 GPA, at which point they will have a completed master’s degree.
The qualified applicant will assist in all facets of a Division I basketball team. Additional responsibilities are included but not limited to video, marketing, practice set up, and assisting in social media updates. The qualified applicant will work with various campus constituents as well as Alumni, mentors, and friends of the program.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Former athlete with a desire to pursue coaching or other basketball related fields
Must be admissible to graduate program of study at Tulane University
Proficient experience at logging, transferring, editing, processing, and outputting video utilizing Synergy software
Experience with WireCast, iMovie, and Adobe Premiere
Capable of becoming adept to emerging video editing technology
