Advisory Director, Deals Strategy, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, New York, NY. Help executives achieve strategic growth objectives for their organizations by driving informed and empowered acquisition, divestiture and reorganization decisions. Help companies develop the right strategy, identify issues and points of negotiation and value, execute the deal seamlessly, and implement changes to deliver synergies and improve post integration. Evaluate business plans and company strategies against market performance and competitor strength, to deliver a rigorous appraisal of a business’ commercial outlook.
Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Identify new service opportunities. Coach staff and provide feedback in a timely manner.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related discipline plus 7 years of related work experience, of which, 5 years must be post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience. In the alternative the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related discipline plus 5 years related work experience.
Must have at least 1 year experience in each of the following:
- Leading teams to assist clients with strategic planning and business reviews; growth, market entry and international expansions, and market opportunity sizing;
- Leading new business development and pursuit activities, including client lead maturation, proposal development, and closing new business opportunities; and
- Directing and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data, including Market and competitor analysis (market sizing, drivers and dynamics), customer analysis and internal analysis (strategic analysis, business model reviews, and financials).
Travel up to 20% required.
