Manage ticket operations for athletic events, including implementation of policy and procedures relating to ticket sales, sales strategy, ticket distribution, and allocation.
Plan and implement a customer service strategy that provides fans with first class support, resolves customer ticket issues efficiently, and develops relationships with season ticket base and other fans.
Collaborate with community organizations, university partners, and internal units such as marketing, promotions, communications, and creative services to maximize revenue and attendance for all ticketed sports by increasing single-game sales, season tickets, group sales, and student engagement.
Coordinate all fiscal activities for the ticket office including event reconciliation, daily deposits and settlements, and ticket and financial reporting
Hire, schedule, train, and supervise student ticket worker staff, ensuring students are learning skills while assisting in day-to-day and game day activities.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience Bachelor’s degree in related field and three-five years of previous experience with college or private enterprise facilities management.
