The Institutional Client Group (ICG) Platform Salesperson is responsible for achieving agreed Listed Derivatives and Foreign Exchange (FX) Prime Brokerage sales and revenue targets. The Salesperson will use detailed buy-side industry knowledge, product knowledge, market knowledge and relationships to generate sales opportunities and work to meet client expectations while being mindful of the Bank's financial and risk parameters. To help to grow and maintain relationships with hedge fund and institutional investors, match our services and products to their needs. The role will coordinate with internal business product teams, various ICG Fixed Income and Currencies (FIC) sales and trading desks, and Global Capital Introduction teams across the Firm that cover our hedge fund client base. The position will be highly entrepreneurial and multi-faceted, enhancing the Firm's well-established footprint amongst the Macro and Systematic Hedge fund universe.

What You'll Do
Client Coverage of North American institutional investment firms which actively are engaged in Listed Derivatives Markets Clearing and FX Prime Brokerage
Work closely with Sales and Trading and Business Product teams to develop and manifest high probability sales pipeline
How You'll Lead
Sales Pipeline Management and Internal communication to identify, insert, and manage daily sales activities to ensure accurate and expedited conversion of won mandates
Work with and develop relationships with key business partners and control functions to progress prospect portfolio negotiations
Skills You'll Need
Strong understanding of key principles of value proposition which Listed Derivatives and Prime Brokerage products; strong understanding of CRD4, SACCR exposure metrics Risk Weighted Assets impacts
Strong awareness of UMR Regulatory market structure topics around margin requirements for clearing and intermediation as it relates to IM methodologies, ISDA/CSA terms, and margin cross-netting; high-level understanding of central limit order book vs bilateral execution concepts
High-level understanding of operational workflows and process automation; knowledge of the larger institutional investment community and its role in the broader financial ecosystem
Knowledge of hedge fund strategies preferably but not limited to Macro, Fixed Income RV, Systematic and trading styles as well as FIC prime brokerage concepts
Proven ability to synthesize and communicate complex subject matter, both verbally and in written format; confident communicator, creative and strategic thinker, self-directed, highly motivated and to work well within the team and independently; superior personal interaction skills to manage multiple stakeholders internally as well as meet client needs
Skills That Will Help You Excel

Strong data manipulation and reporting skills
Strong understanding of professional ethics and regulatory environment in EMEA/US
Proven experience from financial institutional firm but not limited to bank/brokerage firm
Written and Spoken English fluency is essential, any other additional language skills are preferred but not essential
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $180K to $250K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
