Factory Athletics has developed programs to provide players with world-class instruction and life-changing experiences, which when combined, leads to future success both on and off the field. The company has two core divisions: Baseball Factory and Softball Factory. Combined, these divisions hold over 1,000 events nationwide each year in all 50 states and over 150 cities. They pride themselves on giving families an unbiased assessment of where they stand against other players nationwide, and helping them find their path to playing sports in college. Over 100,000 Factory athletes have earned more than $1B in scholarships over the past 24 years. Baseball Factory events have featured more than 500 players who have played or are currently playing in the Majors and alumni currently play at 100% of Division I and 99% of Division II & III NCAA programs. More than 2,000 current collegiate players have been through our Softball Factory program, participating in Division I, II, III and Junior College programs.
Position Summary:
The Event Operations & Softball Factory Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Softball Factory and will be responsible for assisting in developing itineraries, logistics, staff and all aspects of executing player development events. They will also be required to attend Softball Factory events throughout the year while working closly with the marketing departments to enhance brand awareness.
Job Overview:
•Responsible for attending Softball Factory Events
•Responsible for prepping materials for Softball Factory Events
•Responsible for helping book event venues •Responsible for helping cross-check scouting materials
•Responsible for working with the Marketing team to enhance all aspects of the Softball Factory branding
•Assist Director of Softball Factory in finding and training new staff for all events
•Work with Director of Event Logistics on athlete/family communication, general event logistics and scouting information for Softball and Baseball Factory
