Coordinator of On-Campus Recruiting

The Coordinator of On-Campus Recruiting will work to provide support and assistance with the planning and execution of on campus recruiting events. This position would report to the Director of Recruiting. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working with both the football operations and recruiting departments; assist in scheduling recruiting travel for assigned staff; reconcile recruiting expenses for assigned staff members; assist in gathering and compiling academic information from high school prospects; provide office support for general correspondence regarding recruiting matters; serve as the liaison from recruiting to external constituents for game day planning purposes; coordinate check in and registration process for all on campus activities; along with the Assistant Director of Recruiting will schedule, implement and execute on campus itineraries for both unofficial and official visits; responsible for the cultivation of the recruiting ambassadors to assist with official and unofficial visits; responsible for scheduling and training recruiting ambassadors to be on site for on campus visits, game days, and practices; prepare daily practice guest list and credentials for recruiting events; and perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree required along with a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience working in a NCAA Division I Power 5 football program in a recruiting capacity. Must have demonstrated experience with travel reimbursements and travel itineraries as well as a working knowledge of NCAA recruiting rules. Master’s Degree preferred. Demonstrated experience with state travel policies and procedures preferred. Demonstrated experience implementing official visits within a NCAA Division I Power 5 football program preferred. |
