St. Olaf College, a NCAA Division III institution and member of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, invites applications for the full-time position of Head Women's Soccer Coach.The 12-month position is responsible for the overall of management of the women's soccer program.
The program competes at Rolf Mellby Field, which underwent a $1.25 million renovation last fall, and moved into a new locker room in January.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to actively recruit and retain qualified student-athletes, oversee part-time assistant coaches, organize and administer practice and game strategies, schedule games, manage budgets, oversee administrative functions and coordinate alumni outreach efforts.
The position may include teaching or administrative responsibilities.
- Superior knowledge in soccer - Must be highly organized and able to meet deadlines. - Ability to manage/communicate effectively with student-athletes, administrators and student work staff members. - Knowledge of National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and MIAC regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree preferred.
