Ottawa University, Kansas (NAIA) seeks a full-time Head Women's Soccer Coach for an immediate opening. The head coach will be responsible for developing, organizing and leading all phases of the women's soccer program including the recruitment of student-athletes to a liberal arts institution that places a high priority on academics and diversity. The position will report directly to the Director of Athletics.
Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree highly preferred. Qualified candidates must have significant and successful coaching and competitive experience, preferably at the collegiate level with head coaching experience highly preferred. It is required that all qualified applicants have a strong commitment to academic and athletic excellence, and will be dedicated to instilling the Champions of Character values into their coaching style and expectations of players. A valid driver's license and driving record which meets institutional requirements is required.
