Job Title:Assistant Coach for Men’s Soccer Reports To:Head Men’s Soccer Coach and/or the Director of Athletics Status: Non-Exempt, Part Time
Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1.Management, training, and organization of the college’s men’s soccer program. 2.Have a fundamental understanding of the college student-athlete experience. 3.Assist in running and planning daily practices. 4.Assist in recruiting and retaining qualified student-athletes. 5.Compliance and knowledge of NCAA, Skyline Conference, college’s rules and regulations. 6.Other duties as assigned by the head men’s soccer coach and/or the Director of Athletics.
1. Bachelor’s Degree. 2. Competitive soccer experience, ideally at the college level. 3. New York State licensure or eligibility. 4. Excellent organizational, verbal, written and communication skills. 5. Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism, with a high standard of personal conduct and integrity. 6. Ability to work independently.
