Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, The Vice President (VP) of Sales and Marketing is responsible for the leadership and management of the corporate marketing and sales functions, including but not limited to Business Development/Sales, Proposal Development, Marketing Promotion and Advertising. In this capacity, the VP shall be responsible for the attainment of URAC’s marketing and sales objectives. The individual will serve in a key role as a strategic leader for the organization participating in the strategic planning efforts of URAC’s executive staff and providing advice and counsel to the CEO, CFO, Board of Directors and committees of the organization.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors required, MBA degree preferred with 10+ years’ progressive experience or a combination of substantial education and experience in the domain of Marketing and Sales preferably in a health care or related environment.
