Misericordia University seeks a Head Coach of Men’s and Women’s Swimming/Aquatics Director. The Head Coach is responsible for the organization and administration of all aspects of the sport or sports activities including supervision, teaching and implementing skills and strategies, recruiting, budget development, scheduling, purchasing, facility maintenance, public relations, community outreach, and implementation of NCAA policies and regulations. As Aquatics Director, this person will assume direct responsibility for the daily operation of the Anderson Center swimming pool.
A Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university is required. One to two years previous coaching experience and/or training and competitive background indicative of the ability to coach successfully in a NCAA Division III liberal arts college environment is necessary. Prior successful experience in aquatics management preferred.
