Wabash College invites applications for the position of Head Golf Coach. The head coach, reporting to the Director of Athletics and Campus Wellness is responsible for leading all phases of a competitive NCAA Division III golf program that supports and advances the mission of the College.
Experience playing and coaching intercollegiate golf is strongly preferred. A bachelor’s degree is required.
Duties include, but are not limited to: successful recruitment of academically and athletically prepared student-athletes; a commitment to student-athlete health and well-being; directing skill instruction and development; coordination of team travel; effective budget management; and monitoring academic progress of student-athletes. Adherence to institutional, conference, and NCAA Division III policies and procedures is required. Secondary responsibilities that align with the selected applicant’s skills and the needs of the athletics and campus wellness department may also be assigned.
