Lavu is seeking Business Development Reps to join our incredibly successful sales team. Are you competitive, self-motivated and an overachiever? Do you have previous sales experience or are you looking to break into sales?
Lavu is looking for high-energy, driven professionals with technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join, and help build, our Sales Development organization. You will help lay the foundation of this sales effort through prospecting prospective restaurants and articulating the value of Lavu for their business. As a Business Development Representative, you will work strategically with our Sales team to find new clients that will utilize Lavu.
As the first line of contact, you are able to understand the diverse business needs of our clients. You are quick on your feet, tenacious, and possess grit to overcome objections. You will become an expert in the products and services that enables restaurants to thrive with our best in class POS system. You will use your convincing personality and passion for winning to raise the bar of success, documenting and tracking qualified opportunities to pass onto our POS specialists. You will use a data-driven approach to outbound sales that incorporates prospecting, email communication, and calling 100 clients per day.
M-F 8am - 5pm; $15.50/hour; plus monthly commission average of $500/month. Career path up to POS Specialist. Average POS Specialist earned $55k last year, top tier specialists earned $120k.
Prospect restaurants that are a good fit for Lavu. Utilize cold calling to qualify leads and set up meetings between restaurant owners and members of our sales team. Build our business through outreach emails and phone calls. Create a great first impression to our clients by inspiring them to learn how Lavu can benefit their business. Additional Salary Information: Commission structured to provide incentive for qualifying leads. Paid monthly it has averaged $500 per month.
