Advisory Manager, M&A (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Chicago, IL. Conduct pre-deal and confirmatory diligence in a wide range of functional areas including Information Technology, Operations and Back-Office areas. Evaluate future state requirements to achieve stand-alone operations. Work with large scale, enterprise-wide Merger Integration projects. Assist clients with post-deal performance improvement/value capture projects, M&A playbooks, and taking control of newly acquired entities. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Support coaching staff and provide feedback in a timely manner. Define resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline, plus five years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master' degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline, plus three years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestures, including experience in at least two of the following: pre-deal operations and information technology due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, and/or post-close transformation;
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data; and
- Must have at least one year of experience in at least two of the following functional areas: Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations/Supply Chain, and/or Sales and Marketing.
Travel up to 80% is required.
