Ottawa University, Kansas (NAIA) seeks a Head Men’s Volleyball Coach for an immediate opening. The head coach will be responsible for developing, organizing and leading all phases of our nationally ranked men’s volleyball program including the recruitment of student-athletes to a liberal arts institution that places a high priority on academics and diversity. The position will report directly to the Director of Athletics.
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree highly preferred. Qualified candidates must have significant and successful coaching and competitive experience, preferably at the collegiate level with head coaching experience highly preferred. It is required that all qualified applicants have a strong commitment to academic and athletic excellence, and will be dedicated to instilling the Champions of Character values and faith based mission into their leadership approach and expectations of players. A valid driver's license and driving record which meets institutional requirements is required.
