Missouri Baptist University is searching for a full-time Head Men's Basketball Coach. Under the direction of the Associate Vice President & Director of Athletics, the Head Men’s Basketball Coach has the responsibility of administrating the sport in the best interest of the University, in concurrence with the policies and regulations approved by the Board of Trustees and the practices of the college administration. The head men’s basketball coach should be familiar/willing to learn American Midwest Conference and NAIA rules and regulations.
Missouri Baptist is coming off of its best season in program history (28-5) winning the regular season conference championship while earning a bid to the NAIA DI Men's Basketball Tournament for the first time since 2004-05.

Education and experience Master’s degree preferred, previous experience in coaching

Additional Salary Information: This position is an exempt, salaried position, carrying all benefits outlined in the university’s Personnel Handbook (life, dental, health and disability insurance, a generous 403(b) retirement plan, vacation, sick leave, and college tuition remission for dependents as per school policy). Also included is compensation for clinic attendance and/or other approved functions.
