Reports to the President of Lumen Christi Catholic School Lumen Christi Catholic School in Jackson, Michigan is accepting applications for Director for Institutional Advancement. The Institutional Advancement function encompasses traditional resource development as well as other mission-critical functions and processes necessary to effectively compete for students, faculty, and philanthropic money and volunteer leadership. The focus of the Advancement Director and all assigned responsibilities aligns to the Mission and Vision, and Core Values of Lumen Christi Catholic School. Applicants must have professional experience and proven effectiveness in the areas of fundraising (including annual fundraising, major gift solicitation, planned and deferred giving, and grant-writing); alumni relations; marketing; public relations; and communications. Applicants must demonstrate effective leadership skills, as well as creative and forward thinking with the ability to implement new ideas and strategies.
