Ohio Dominican University is hiring two assistant track coaches - one for jumps and sprinters, and one for throws. The assistant track coach will assist the head coach in the planning and operation of an NCAA Division II program.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting and assisting the Head Coach with the operation and management of the track program including but not limited to: Recruiting, practice & game management, eligibility, team performance (on the track, in the classroom, in the weight room & in the community), student-athlete welfare, assisting with the management and administration of summer camps, fundraising, and promoting Ohio Dominican Athletics as an integral part of the University. Committed to and be compliant with NCAA, G-MAC and ODU rules and regulations. Other job-related duties as assigned
• A Bachelor’s degree in sports administration, management, business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience required. • Two to three years of experience in coaching and/or playing in the respective sport, ideally at the intercollegiate NCAA Division II level.
