Be the lead ASCD contact for all client implementations
Develop, support and guide implementations in the field aligned with the needs of pre-k-16 client contracts.
The position works with ASCD consultants/faculty members and pre-k-16 educator clients in face-to-face, blended and virtual professional learning environments to assure the implementation progresses with fidelity.
Work with clients, consultants/faculty, and ASCD staff to develop customized implementation and evaluation plans for states, regions, districts, schools, provinces and countries aligned with best practices in professional development and adult learning.
Work with clients, consultants, and staff to implement customized face-to-face, virtual and blended model Capacity Building programs, including the integration of the use of ASCD products, based on needs assessment results and other context-based data.
Assure consultant/faculty accountability for implementation and evaluation tasks and reporting.
Support the development and use of materials, both print and digital, ASCD consultants/faculty will need during implementations to assure consistency.
Increase the expertise of all ASCD Consultants by providing ongoing development on knowledge and delivery skills
Work with the Director of Professional Learning to create, design new Professional Learning Service district solutions for ASCD.
An advanced degree is required.
Successful incumbents must have extensive and current knowledge of trends and issues in K–16 education.
Knowledgeable of different delivery systems and their potential for professional development is required.
Knowledge of technology and applications for collaboration, information sharing, and document management systems is preferred.

Additional Salary Information: Up to $70,000
