The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) is accepting applications for the position of Staff Associate, Women’s Basketball. This is a career, full-time position with a targeted salary range of $45,184.32 - $51,427.44 Serve as administrative assistant for the Women's Basketball Suite. Duties include, but are not limited to: screen all incoming calls for the basketball program in general and the Head Coach specifically; receive personal visitors to the Basketball Suite; take dictation and transcribe correspondence as requested; assist in logistical aspects of basketball recruiting, and help maintain calendars for staff; track paperwork related to NCAA rules, recruiting days, travel, tickets, and purchase orders, maintain Recruiting Database, troubleshoot, and improve that program as needed; update and post on Social Media websites; and complete additional tasks as requested by the Head Coach, Assistant Coaches, Video Coordinator and Director of Basketball Operations.
