The University of Miami is seeking a Graduate Assistant to join the Women's Rowing program at the University of Miami. The Graduate Assistant Rowing Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in the overall development and implementation of the Women's Rowing program to includ, but not limited to, coaching, recruiting, administration and rules compliance.
Candidates should possess an enthusiasm for working with student-athletes, a strong rowing background, excellent oral and written communication skills, a relentless work-ethic, and a commitment to following ACC and NCAA rules.

The successful candidate must have completed an undergraduate degree with sufficient academic credentials for admittance into a graduate degree program at the University of Miami.
