The University of Missouri, a Division I institution and proud member of the SEC is now accepting applications for the position of Head Coach - Athletics Spirit Squad.. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. Primary responsibilities will include oversight of all student spirit squads to include Mizzou Cheerleaders, Mizzou Golden Girl Dance Team and Truman the Tiger Mascot Program; manage all spirit and mascot appearances both on-campus and externally within the community; annually develop and submit the spirit squad program's annual budget; collaborate with Mizzou Athletics marketing staff and Marching/Mini Mizzou Bands on game day presentation; oversight of Spirit Camps; hire and supervise assigned personnel and ensure their compliance with applicable rules and adhere to and enforce all policies and procedures of the department and university, as well as the rules and regulations of the SEC, NCAA and other authorities that may legitimately influence the intercollegiate athletics program.
