This Coordinator, Children’s Miracle Network Programs will be responsible for:
As an integral part of the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) team within Boston Children’s Hospital Trust (BCHTrust), individual will be responsible for coordinating stewardship & fundraising efforts for a portfolio of CMN fundraising programs with a focus on our Dance Marathon & Extra Life initiatives.
Acting as primary BCHTrust resource for Extra Life program participants, Dance Marathon Schools & corporate partners as assigned.
Continually evaluates programs and conceives of creative ways to expand fundraising through communications, stewardship & participant acquisition.
Working with the entire CMN team on goal setting, development & execution of new stewardship approaches & other projects as assigned.
To qualify, you must have:
The knowledge of theories, principles and concepts typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years’ experience in development, marketing or customer service.
Strong organizational skills, consistent attention to detail, high level of productivity, advanced multi-tasking abilities, and a solution-oriented performer.
Superior communication and customer service skills.
The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Strong technical skills in general software programs (MS Office) and the ability to develop proficiency in specific database management systems.
Access to vehicle & willingness to travel to donor meetings & events.
