Position Focus: The Professional (Pro) Sport Drug Testing Program Manager is a key contributor to Drug Free Sport International’s purpose of ensuring fairness in sport and health and safety for athletes with a passion to provide high level of service and commitment to excellence to multiple professional sport drug-testing programs. The Pro Sport Drug Testing Program Manager will operate in a fast-paced work environment, contribute with administration management of department operations, and effectively communicate with team members and clients to achieve any mission, any time, with zero fatal flaws. Contributions include communicating drug-testing logistics with collection contractors; conducting drug-test collections; serving as backup for the distribution of testing supplies; performing quality control of collections; and supporting the director of professional sport drug testing and other department staff as needed.

The person in this role must have the minimum education level of a Bachelor’s degree. This position requires the willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally including upon short notice and weekends. Passing a pre-employment screening, including background check, drug test, transcript verification, and confidentiality agreement, is also a requirement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent service to clients, Doping Control Officers (DCOs) and colleagues.
Manage the administration of the professional sport drug-testing programs including travel to on-site testing events; provide in-office scheduling logistics; oversee results reporting and management; and maintain strong relationships with client personnel.
Administer collection services for other professional drug-testing clients including database management; scheduling, random selections and roster generation; shipments tracking; and quality control.
Monitor quality-of-service issues including supplies, shipping, drug-testing results and DCO deficiencies.
Maintain DCO status for applicable clients, and provide specimen collections domestically and internationally including upon short notice and occasional weekends.
Collaborate with the Collector Development Department by conducting collection evaluations and training as requested; and review and update client protocol and collection training documents.
Serve in the absence of other team members when necessary.
Team as needed to provide assistance with special projects and tasks.
