Belmont University is currently accepting applications for the position of Head Softball Coach. The Head Coach will be responsible for administering, managing, and leading all strategic aspects of the University’s NCAA Division 1 softball program in such a manner as to build and maintain a competitive, quality program that reflects positively on the image and reputation of the University at all times. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: coaching; recruiting; budgeting; scheduling; organizing and conducting team practices; and knowing and abiding by all NCAA, Ohio Valley Conference, and University rules and regulations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, graduate degree preferred; three to five years of experience in recruiting and coaching highly competitive softball, preferably at the NCAA Division I level. Application review will begin immediately.
