St. Bonaventure University, an NCAA Division I institution and member of the Atlantic 10 Conference, has an immediate opening for a Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach. This is a full-time, 12-month exempt appointment which reports to the Deputy Director of Athletics. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to develop and direct all phases of a competitive Division I women’s lacrosse program including, but not limited to: the recruitment of student-athletes; organization of training, practice and game strategies; scheduling; budgeting; team travel; monitoring of the student-athletes’ academic progress; participation in fund-raising activities, and other duties as assigned. The head coach is expected to be a mentor and to create a culture of success and accountability within the program. The successful candidate must also demonstrate understanding, compliance and commitment to all NCAA, Atlantic 10 Conference and institutional rules.
